Business VIP services

VIP service – Departing from Israel:

Our fast track departure service at Ben-Gurion airport include our AERO VIP agent that will meet you before entering the hall and assist you with all your luggage. He will accompany you to a dedicated VIP hall where you will undergo an expedited security control and Check-in procedure (Proceedings will take place in the VIP hall or at the upstairs counters – depending on the flight).

You will then be escorted to a fast track hand-bag security line and expedited passport control, and as the final stage you will be escorted to the aircraft gate or lounge where you can relax and enjoy light refreshments until the flight.

VIP service – Landing in Israel:

We are well aware that business travel can be stressful, but once you meet our AERO VIP agent we will make sure that the reception in Israel is warm and unique.

Our fast track arrival service at Ben-Gurion airport include our AERO VIP team that will welcome you from the jetty of the aircraft and assist you with all handbags. He will then transfer you in a separate VIP line in passport control and help you in identifying and collecting your baggage. After that, he will escort you to your transportation with a dedicated driver to your desired destination without unnecessary delays in a luxurious, air-conditioned VIP vehicle.

At 8:30 we reached the entrance to Terminal 3, and outside we had a lovely agent who greeted us with a smile and took our passports and another agent who helped us with the baggage. Then we came to a separate room with a red carpet that leads to a check-out position intended exclusively for the fast-track passengers. Without even noticing, we are already after the security check as we pass a long queue that looks in the distance, scan the bio-metric passports and "boom" we are already in the duty free.
