• Pick-up from the hotel or any requested destination in a luxurious, air-conditioned VIP vehicle (charged separately based on destination and type of vehicle requested).
• Our dedicated AEROVIP agent will meet you before entering the terminal and assist with all your luggage
• Expedited service where the guest will undergo fast security control.
• Effective and professional handling of the Check-in.  Proceedings will take place in the VIP hall or at the upstairs counters (depending on the flight)
• Expedited hand-bag security line for VIP passengers and airline luxury classes.(will be carried out according to the decision of the security authorities)
• Expedited Passport Control.
• Accompanying the guest to the aircraft gate or lounge (if he is flying business) / assistance and guidance on VAT refund position if necessary.
• Farewell and pleasant flight wishes.

• Our VIP representative will await the passenger/s and carry a sign with their name at the end of the aircraft jetty/passenger steps.
• In case of hard stand aircraft parking position, passengers will be driven to passport control by a luxury VIP vehicle.
• Guests will be accompanied by a professional and experienced agent who will escort them to passport control
• Escort at the passport control
• Assistance in identifying and collecting baggage
• Transportation with a dedicated driver to the hotel or any other destination in a luxurious, air-conditioned VIP vehicle (destination charges apply).

• Passengers welcomed by AEROVIP flight agent at Terminal Fattal.
• Perform a security and passport control privately in the lounge.
• While you are a guest in the VIP room, our VIP agent will take care of the check-in procedures for the flight and the baggage drop off.
• The VIP room accommodation includes hot food, refreshments and hot / cold beverages and use of office services.
• While waiting in the VIP room, hosts can stay with their guests until they leave the country.
• When the time comes, our VIP agent will pick up the guest in a luxurious and air-conditioned vehicle and drive them to the aircraft and assist them in boarding or taking them to the duty free area (as per customer's requirement)
• Private room can be booked at extra charge

• Our AEROVIP representative will await the passenger/s and carry
  a sign with their name at the end of the aircraft jetty/passenger steps.
• Escort and guest transport by luxurious VIP vehicle to Terminal Fattal.
• Hot food, light refreshments and cold / hot drinks will be served in the VIP terminal.
• While guests are staying at the terminal, a AEROVIP agent will take care of passports control at a special counter at the "Fattal" terminal.
• Collection of guests' luggage will be done by a AEROVIP agent and bring them to the Fattal terminal.
• Passengers can also be greeted personally by their own guests at the VIP lounge (at an additional charge).
• There is also the option of using office services during the guest's stay at the lounge.
• At the end of the process, guests' luggage will be loaded by the AEROVIP agent to an awaiting luxurious and air-conditioned vehicle that will be available for travel to any destination in the country (at an additional charge depending on destination).
• Private room can be booked at Fattal Terminal at extra charge
