"I would like to thank AERO VIP team for their kind and professional service. Definitely a good decision to start our family vacation with your services. At 8:30 we reached the entrance to Terminal 3, and outside we had a lovely agent who greeted us with a smile and took our passports and another agent who helped us with the baggage. Then we came to a separate room with a red carpet that leads to a check-out position intended exclusively for the fast-track passengers. Without even noticing, we are already after the security check as we pass a long queue that looks in the distance, scan the bio-metric passports and "boom" we are already in the duty free. In less than half an hour from the time we arrived at the terminal, we reached the Duty Free. Next time – VIP service on landing too Thanks for the excellent service The Lang family
